Do you provide live-in or monthly care services?

Yes. We offer monthly live-in care, short-term care (Min 30 Days above) , and flexible care arrangements depending on the patient’s needs.

Is there a trial period before committing long-term?

 Yes. We offer a 7-day trial period so families can ensure the caregiver is suitable and comfortable before continuing long-term services.

What medical conditions do you specialize in?

We commonly care for patients with dementia, Parkinson’s disease, post-stroke conditions, diabetes, limited mobility, and post-operative recovery needs.

Are caregivers allowed to give medication?

Caregivers only assist with medication reminders. Any medication given must be prescribed by a doctor and approved by the employer/family. Unauthorized medication administration is strictly prohibited.

Can services be customized?

Absolutely. Every care plan is tailored based on the patient’s medical condition, lifestyle, and family preferences.

How do I start the service?

What is the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2 care?

🌿 Tier 1 | Basic Companion Care

Best suited for patients who are partially independent and mainly require daily assistance and companionship.

Includes:

  • Assistance with daily activities (washing, dressing, eating)
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Light activity assistance (walking, simple exercises)
  • Basic household tidying related to patient care

  • Elderly who are still mobile but need supervision

🌿 Tier 2 | Advanced Personal Care
